Earlier Yesterday 1st September, 2021. Dr. Dikwa was in the corporate headquarters of SMEDAN to explore possible ways of collaboration between his Foundation and SMEDAN. Both of them agreed to set up a technical team that will fast track the commencement of the synergy.
Dr. M.K Dikwa mni was a one-time Federal Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance and retired after attaining the 35 years of Service to superintend over the Foundation he founded to serve humanity.
