CONSTITUTION OF BOARDS OF DIRECTORS AND TRUSTEES OF AL-ANSAR SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED AND AL-ANSAR QUR’ANIC
MEMORIZATION SCHOOL
The Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. Mohammed Kyari
Dikwa, mni has approved the immediate constitution of the Boards of
Directors of Al-Ansar Security Services Limited and Trustees of Al-Ansar
Qur’anic Memorization School to provide governance and leadership
structure for both organizations.
In a statement made available through Director of Operations of the
Foundation on 22nd June 2021, the inauguration of both Boards would be
officially performed by the Founder and President, Dr. M.K Dikwa, mni on
26th June 2021.
Members of the Board of Al-Ansar Security Services Limited to be
inaugurated are:
- Alhaji Ibrahim Hamza – Chairman
- Alh Adamu Tukur
- Alh Abatcha
- Kolo Bukar – Commandant-General
- Alh Bukar M. Shettima
- Babagana Mamman Kyari
- Mohammed Shehu
- Abdulmalik Mohammed Kyari
- Abba Koromi Dogo – SecretaryWhile the Board of Al-Ansar Qur’anic Memorization School is made up of the
following members: - Dr. Bulama Mali Gubio, mni – Chairman
- Dr. Mohammed Yahuza
- Alhaji Muhammad Kyari
- Alhaji Bukar Shettima
- Alhaji Ibrahim Hamza
- Imam Goni Umar Goni Usman
- Mallam Ali Fezzan
- Alh Ibrahim Adam
- Alh Abba Mohammed
Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, mni charged both Boards to live to their
mandate of making sure that both organizations attain their stated Vision and
Mission for which they were established and they should present themselves
as good ambassadors of their respective organizations in particular and the
Foundation in general.
According to the Founder and President, the selection of the Board Members
was done purely on merit with respect to their track record, experience,
expertise and dedication to the vision and mission of Al-Ansar Foundation.
Members of both Boards are to serve for a tenure of two (2) years subject to
renewal, which will be based purely on merit and result.
Meanwhile, the Founder and President has also approved the dissolution of
the interim Board of Al-Ansar Qur’anic Memorization School with immediate
effect. Also, all teaching staff are also being relieved of their positions and
appointments with effect from 1st August 2021. However, anyone wishing to
reapply is free to do so and their reappointment shall be purely based on
merit and qualification without fear or favour.
