Arewa Youths Consultative Council, Borno chapter Celebrated the International Remembrance Day of Arewa Heroes on the event of the occasion, the council graduated 110 IDP’s/Less previledge members of the community who were trained and acquired various skills to make themself relent and better members of the society
The Council also recognized and awarded the Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa mni (Khadimul Ummah) as an “ICON OF HOPE” Considering his tremendous effort, selfless service and above all humanitarian assistance to the people of Borno, Arewa and Nigeria as a whole. Dr. M.K. Dikwa was ably represented by the Chief Imam of Al-Ansar Masjid Goni Umar Goni Usman.
The ceremony was held in the Elkanemi Hall of the University of Maiduguri and was witnessed by both local and international media such as Daily trust, BBC, DW, CHANNELS, TVC, NTA, BRTV, FRCN, RADIO NIGERIA, PEACE FM, Arewa radio amongst others.
