The Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation, Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, mni, played host to a delegation of Islamic scholars from Zambia, Pakistan, South Africa, and India at the Al-Ansar Foundation office in Abuja.
The delegation’s visit aims to promote knowledge sharing, scholarship schemes, unity, and understanding among Muslim Ummah.
Speaking at the meeting, the head of the delegation, Prof. Muhammad Muhammad stressed the need to promote a better understanding of Islam through its teachings, as well as encourage cooperation and understanding among Muslim scholars irrespective of their colour, background or origin.
Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, mni, welcomed the delegation and expressed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote Islamic values, unity, knowledge sharing, and scholarship among the Ummah. He further emphasised the importance of collaboration and synergy among Muslim scholars in addressing numerous challenges faced by the global Muslim Ummah.
Other issues discussed at the meeting include religious education, interfaith dialogue, da’awah initiatives, and humanitarian support, among others.
The visit by the international delegation of Muslim scholars reflects the dedication of the Al-Ansar Foundation to strengthening the bonds of knowledge, cooperation, and understanding within the Muslim Ummah. Such initiatives contribute to the advancement of Islamic scholarship and promotion of unity among Muslims Ummah worldwide.
