Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, mni, the Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation, visited Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN) on September 4th, 2023. During the courtesy visit, he and his team were warmly welcomed by Prof. (Dr.) Mohammed Israr, the University President of MAAUN, and other high-ranking officials of the institution.
The visit marks an important occasion for collaboration and partnership between Al-Ansar University and MAAUN.
Dr. Dikwa and his team were taken on a facility tour of the University and engaged in discussions with the University Management on issues of mutual interest. These include collaboration opportunities on academic cooperation, resource sharing, staff exchange, research opportunities and potential for joint initiatives to advance education and community development in Nigeria.
The visit underscores the commitment of both institutions to advancing and enhancing the quality of education and promoting academic excellence in Nigeria.
The two institutions will meet later in the year to outline the specific areas of collaboration and sign a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their relationship.
