The Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation, Dr Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, mni had earlier today paid an inspection visit to the newly established state-of-the-art Al-Ansar Diagnostics Center, Abuja. The Founder and President was received by the Laboratory Manager, Dr Aliyu Kyari Gubio and his team at the facility, located at No 6 Ali Bukar Dalori Crescent, off Ahmed Daku Street, near Cedarcrest Hospitals, Apo, Abuja. The Laboratory Manager expressed his unreserved appreciation to the Founder and President for finding him worthy to head the new establishment and lead it to greater heights. He also extolled the Founder’s vision and determination for establishing a world-class medical laboratory in the heart of Abuja that boasts some of the best equipment akin to that found in advanced countries. He further assured the Founder that the Center will operate in line with the broader objectives of Al-Ansar Foundation in contributing to the overall health and wellness of the community and humanity as a whole. He told the Founder and President that the lab is currently open and has the capacity to receive any number of patients. The Founder and President in his remark, expressed his happiness with the demonstration of exemplary leadership and diversity amongst staff. He charged all staff to be dedicated to their job at all times and urged them to maintain the highest level of professionalism and competence within and outside their workplace. He further added that Al-Ansar Foundation will organise regular training and retraining programmes for the staff to keep them abreast with global best practices. At the end of the meeting, the Founder directed the Director of Operations of the Foundation, Mohammed Shehu, to work out a feasible time for the formal commissioning of the Center. In the same vein, the Founder and President visited the Al-Ansar Security Services Ltd office on a facility tour. The Commandant of the security outfit in Abuja, Ibrahim Yahaya, welcomed the Founder and President on behalf of the MD/CEO of the company, AIG Muhammad Mustafa, mni (Rtd.). The Founder applauded the outfit and especially its leadership for the successes recorded since inception. He tasked the management to inculcate the spirit and lessons of the Ansar as an organisational culture. He concluded that every guard and staff of Al-Ansar Security and other outfits under the Al-Ansar Foundation umbrella should exemplify the values for which the Foundation stands for – that is; service to humanity.
