The Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa mni based on a special invitation of Periscope Group and PTDF, was in Kigali, Rwanda to participate in an interactive session where he will be delivering a lecture to some Senior Officers drawn from the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planing, PTDF, OAGF, CBN and MDAs, on his experiences in the initiation and implementation of some key Public Financial Management Reforms such as IPPIS, TSA, GIFMIS, IPSAS, PICA, WHISTLEBLOWING, CASH MANAGEMENT, EFFICIENCY UNIT, etc while in the Federal Service.
Mr. President also paid a courtesy visit to Her Excellency Ambassador Aisha Aliyu Musa, the Nigerian High Commissioner to Rwanda, where they discussed many issues of crucial importance to the advancement of Al-Ansar Foundation’s course.
The President also attended an earlier scheduled meeting with some selected Rwandan business tycoons on issues of mutual benefit to both parties.
