United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNCHR) invited the President/Founder Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. M.K Dikwa mni to join other influential business and industry leaders across Africa at an inaugural conference titled “36 Million Solutions: Africa Private Sector Forum on Forced Displacement” to be held in Kigali, Rwanda from 30th November to 2nd December 2021.

Dr. M K Dikwa, mni will depart to Kigali, Rwanda today Monday 29th November 2021, and he will be accompanied on the journey by the Director of Operations of Al-Ansar Foundation, Mohammed Shehu and the Special Adviser to the President on Policies, Projects and Programmes, Engr. Muktar Usman, FNSE.

Africa hosts the highest number of people forcibly displaced worldwide – 36 million people hence the Forum is expected to dwell on the potentials, possibilities and opportunities by the distinguished groups of private sector leaders pioneering solutions to solve Africa’s displacement crisis.

The Forum, convened by UNHCR – the UN Refugee Agency, Amahoro Coalition, and African Entrepreneur Collective, in collaboration with the Government of Rwanda, is a historic and intimate gathering of private sector leaders, refugee changemakers, and the public sector committed to addressing Africa’s forced displacement (IDP) crisis.

The President and his team are expected back in Abuja, Insha Allah by the 5th of December 2021.
